my brain shuts off at 1:00am. it's 1:06am. i've been sitting here for five straight minutes trying to think of more to say. and all that comes to mind is chuck and cindy from elizabethtown and how i want a "chuck and cindy: loving life 24/7" shirt so bad right now.

| i came to this realization at 3 o'clock in the AM this morning: i desperately want to be one of those cool girls on the cover of my urban outfitters catalog

i only wish i could be as cool as them. i mean, just look at them. they are so super indie and way hipster. it's almost intimidating being in the same room with the catalog they are posing in. any girl who can pull off footless tights under a dress paired with tennis shoes without even looking like it took them the thirty minutes i know it takes to put on that sort of tight spandex, should be my idol.
they are probably listening to nico on their record player right this minute just twirling in that cool striped dress and ultra flat shoes singing "these days" softly and tenderly to their cool indie musician boyfriend. hip to the max is the only thing that comes to mind.
